Uhuru Corporation (“Uhuru”, headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Takashi Sonoda) raised funds through third party placements to Mikasa Shoji Co., Ltd. (“Mikasa Shoji”, headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka, Representative Director and President: Hideki Nakanishi) and other parties.

Purpose of the Funding
