With the adoption of the Paris Accord in 2015, global momentum to combat climate change has further increased. In Japan as well, cutting greenhouse gas emissions has become an urgent issue for companies requiring concrete actions to comply with the government’s declaration in 2020 to be carbon neutral by 2050. For its part, Uhuru Corporation has established reduction targets to promote CO2 reduction

Reduction Target

Long-term goal:

Achieve carbon neutrality throughout the supply chain by 2050 (zero CO2 emissions)

Medium-term goal:

Achieve 100% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 by 2030.
